I don’t know where I saw this but it has been several years ago. I have been using this technique to cut watermelon since reading it. I thought I would share it with you today. Here is how I slice a watermelon. First cut the watermelon into two equal halves. Place the watermelon cut side down onto your cutting board. Using a sharp knife slice down, removing the outside skin of the watermelon.
